We strive to be an eco-friendly brand by incorporating ethically sourced materials like high-quality cotton and using recyclable and biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental impact. All prices on Leaf and Luxe Co. are listed in USD (United States Dollars). How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our collections are limited-edition and capped at 100 pieces per design. If a product is available to purchase on our website, it’s in stock.

Can I customize or personalize my orders?
We currently don’t offer customization or personalization options.

How do I care for my graphic tee?
To maintain the quality of your tee, wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the design.

How do I know what size to order?
Check our size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.

Are your designs available in different colors?
Our designs are limited-edition and only available in the colors displayed on the product page.

Shipping and Returns

What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. using trusted carriers. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. We also ship internationally. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill and 5-14 business days to ship, depending on your location. Express shipping may be available at checkout.

What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order, print-on-demand production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-printed specifically for you when ordered.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Since we produce items on-demand, we do not accept exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for advice!

Will my items ship together if I order multiple products?

Due to our print-on-demand model with different print providers, items in your order may ship separately. Each product will be sent from its respective production facility to ensure the fastest possible delivery time. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipped item.
